5. Participation
The Tournament is open for all IJF Member Federations and Private Clubs. There is no limit in the number of participation for each weight category for every federation/club. No entry fee. The final entries must be sent not later than May 20, 2023 to e-mail: aurorajudo@mail.ru and register all the participants on the website https://judoka-online.ru.
Judo Club Turbostroitel will provide to you transfer from airport, accommodation and meals on our costs for all days 02-06.06.2023 – for 10 persons (2 coaches and 8 participants (no less than 2 girls among them)). It is possible to enter more participants, but on teams cost.

8. Competition Mode
The competition will be carried out according to the rules and sporting codes of the IJF and EJU on 7 tatamis. Competition systems will be according to the number of participants.
9. Special refereeing rules for the age group 2008 – 2009.
Referee must immediately stop the fight and give SHIDO in these cases:
1. To apply Shime-waza in Ne-waza or Tachi-waza.
2. Performing a rollover for osaekomi with the help of the elbow and shoulder knot with the foot (“UDE-GARAMI” with the foot).
Mate is applied when during ne-waza among boys and girls born in 2008-09 the technical action "Sankaku-Jime" is taken.
Kansetsu-waza are allowed. The Referee announces "IPPON" during the Kansetsu-waza (“Ude-Hishigi Juji-Gatame”), when the Uke's arm is extended, under the control of Tori, and the painful result is obvious. When Tori performing the elbow knot (“UDE-GARAMI”), the Referee announces “IPPON” when Uke pats his arm or leg twice or more, or says “MAITA”, “Surrender” with his voice.
For boys and girls born in 2008-09 in a duel "GOLDEN SCORE" the first score or punishment that determines the difference between the participants decides the outcome of the match. The Referee announces "SORE-MADE".
For the age group of boys and girls born in 2008-09 a white judogi is allowed for the second participant with a red belt. Participants must have a red belt with them.
For the age group of boys and girls born in 2005-07 a white and a blue judogi is obligatory.
